Field Sales Representatives

SALARY:  Basic salary includes a generous commission of 14% to 32%.  This commission guarantees you will surpass the basic salary and is product related.

HOURS:  Permanent, full time role. 5 days a week (6 days available). Variable start time after probationary period 8am -10am.

LOCATION:  New Ash Green, Longfield, Kent.

KEY SKILLS:

• Basic numeracy skills.

• Ability to correctly fill out paperwork.

• Submitting paperwork in a timely / professional manner.

• Ability to use mobile devices such as Card Machines and SatNav's.

• To project a good company image, both internally and externally.

• Provide high quality customer service at all times.

• You will need to be confident in striking up new customer relationships.

• The ability to influence decision making with good communication skills.

• Good organisational skills and an ability to review your own profitability as the week progresses.

• Finally, you need to be focused on delivering success.

The successful candidate will be expected to build and maintain a customer base as well as attract new customers and manage these ongoing accounts. This is a fully autonomous role that will give experienced and inexperienced field sales representative every opportunity to succeed.

 

This is a non-upfront cost franchise opportunity, you do not need previous sales experience as we will teach you all you need to know to be successful, although field sales experience is desirable.

You will be invited to a few days induction and go out with one of the existing Field Sales Representatives to see how we work.

 

As a field-based role this involves travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving and talking to the public.

 

A full UK driving licence is desirable, and for insurance purposes you must be 25 years and over. If you do not have a UK driving licence we have alternative sales representative positions available.
