FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN BAKE: In a preheated oven 220*C for approx 12 - 15 mins or until golden in colour (place on lightly greased baking tray. )
GRILL: Place on a grill rack under medium heat for approximately 9 minutes turning when required
