FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
OVEN BAKE: In a preheated oven 200*C for approx 15 – 20 mins (place on lightly greased baking tray. )
BBQ or GRILL: 10 – 15 minutes turning occasionally on a medium heat.
