Whole boneless chunky plaice fillets in crispy golden breadcrumbs with the finest quality fillets plaice. Ready to cook from frozen as per our cooking instructions.

    CONTAINS:  Plaice (Fish)  /  Breadcrumbs (wheat flour [with calcium, iron, niacin thiamin], salt, yeast, raising agent [ammonium bicarbonate]), rapeseed oil.

    STORAGE:  Store below -18*c

    NOTE:  Do not refreeze after thawing

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

    OVEN BAKE:  Place on baking tray, cook for 35 - 45 mins at 220*c

    DEEP FRY:  Hot oil approx 190*C for 6 - 8 mins

    SHALLOW FRY:  Hot oil for 10 - 12 mins, turning occasionally

    ENSURE FULLY COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION
