Prawn & Salmon Mix is a mixture of 5 Faroe Islands salmon and 1 Kg of cooked king prawns. Because Faroe Island salmon is a firm but juicy fish its perfect for being skewered with prawns then grilled or barbecued on a medium heat.

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN BAKE (Salmon): Place in preheated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
OVEN BAKE (Prawns): 4 - 6 minutes high heat
