FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN BAKE (Haddock): Place in preheated oven at 200*c for 20 minutes
OVEN BAKE (Plaice): Place on a baking tray at 200*c for 20 minutes.
OVEN BAKE (Cod Fillets): Place on baking tray, cook for 20-25 mins at 190*c
