Sea Bass has a firm white flesh and thicker fillets than most which makes it suitable for a wide range of dishes. Sea Bass is a superb fish with creamy white, slightly oily flesh and a good sweet flavour.

FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
OVEN COOK: Place on a baking tray at 190*c for 20 minutes.
GRILL: Hot for approx 5 - 7 mins turning once or medium heat for approx 7 – 10 mins, depending on your preference
BBQ: Marinate & season to taste then BBQ completely
