Also known as Gilt Head Bream in the UK and Dorada in Spain, Sea Bream has a mild & delicate flavour with a texture similar to Sea Bass.
It comes filleted, pin boned with skin-on which makes it perfect for pan frying and grilling. To get that perfect crispy skin, always pat the skin dry with a kitchen towel before placing gently in the frying pan.
