FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
OVEN BAKE: Pre-heat your oven to 190c. Remove your steak from the vacuum pack lightly season then place in hot olive oil and/or butter in a frying pan and fry for 2 - 3 mins or until seared on both sides. Now place on a lightly greased baking tray and straight into the hot oven at 190c for...5 mins - Rare - Medium.
7 mins - Medium - Medium-well
10 mins - Medium-well - Well done
Please note that sirloin steak is a lean cut of meat, so it can easily become tough if it's overcooked. For a tender, juicy sirloin steak we suggest you don't cook the meat past "Medium - Medium-well".
