    STORAGE:  Store below -18*c

    NOTE:  Do not refreeze after thawing

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING

    OVEN BAKE:  In a preheated oven 200*C for approx 20 - 25 mins (place on lightly greased baking tray)

    GRILL or PAN FRY:  10-15 minutes turning occasionally.

    SEASON TO TASTE AND ENSURE FULLY COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION
