    FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST IN A REFRIGERATOR FOR 2-3 HOURS

    GRILL:   15 - 20 minutes, turning once

    FRY:   18 minutes medium heat, turning once

    POACH:   15 - 18 minutes medium heat, turning once

     

    SEASON TO TASTE & ENSURE FULLY COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION
