Our Lemon Soles are larger then average and has a delicate flavour and sweet taste to its white flesh as well as a light brown silky smooth skin. Due to it's subtle flavour it's best cooked simply and is a great alternative to Dover Sole.

    NB:  Weight may vary according to the size of the fish caught on the day. Therefore the weight of your fish will be within + or - 10% of the ordered weights listed above. Were necessary an additional portion will be added.

    STORAGE:  Store below -18*c

    NOTE:  Do not refreeze after thawing

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

    OVEN BAKE:  20 minutes at 200c season with butter, salt & pepper.

    GRILL OR PAN FRY:  10-15 minutes at medium heat turning occasionally

    MICROWAVE (800W ):  Cook on full power for 5 minutes

    SEASON TO TASTE AND ENSURE FULLY COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION
