The Marlin is the national fish of the Bahamas and is featured on their coat of arms.  Marlin is relatively high in fat content which makes it a succulent fish and is highly sought after by gaming anglers.

    FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

    OVEN:   Preheat oven to 200*C, place fish on a baking pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt for 20 - 25 minutes.

    SEASON TO TASTE AND  ENSURE FULLY COOKED  BEFORE CONSUMPTION
