Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi is a firm fleshy fish which is perfect for marinating and grilling. Taste is always a subjective but most say it has a milder flavour than swordfish but a stronger taste than white fish such as cod.
Also known as Lampuki, Lampuga, Dorado or Dolphin Fish it lives in warm seas world-wide. Mahi Mahi has a turquoise, green, yellow and silver skin over a firm but flakey dark flesh which cooks to an attractive off-white.

FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN
GRILL: Grill under a medium heat for about 5 - 6 minutes each side. Brushing with oil when you turn the fish over then serve.
