COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN
OVEN BAKE: 30-40 minutes at 190*C. Cooking suggestion; wrap in foil add olive oil, lemon & seasoning then bake as per instructions above.
GRILL: 18 - 20 minutes at a medium heat from frozen. Cooking suggestion; Brush with olive or butter & seasoning then grill as per instructions above.SEASON TO TASTE & ENSURE FULLY COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION
