Red Mullet Fillets
Red mullet is a light-pink fish with a jacket of scales and is classified as a round white fish but has a richer and more satisfying flavour than most thanks to its higher fat content. It is sometimes compared to shellfish in taste, and in fact feeds on them. Red mullet fillets are part of the goat fish family but are unrelated to grey mullet.

OVEN COOK: Place on a baking tray at 200*c for 20 minutes.
GRILL: Hot for approx 5 - 10 mins turning once or medium heat for approx 10 – 15 mins, depending on your preference
BBQ: Marinate & season to taste then BBQ completely
