We source the finest tuna loins with deep red colour and a clean flavour. Our tuna is 'Sashimi grade' which means it can be eaten raw once thawed which makes it perfect for pairing with any sushi mix of your liking. Like all fish the colour may vary slightly depending on which part of the fish the loin came from.

FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
OVEN COOK: Place on a baking tray at 200*c for 20 minutes.
GRILL: Hot for approx 10 – 15 mins turning once or medium heat for approx 15 – 20 mins, depending on your preference
BBQ: Marinate & season to taste then BBQ completely
