FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

OVEN BAKE (Salmon):  Place in preheated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
OVEN BAKE (Tuna):  Place on a baking tray at 200*c for 20 minutes.
OVEN BAKE (Swordfish):  Place on baking tray, cook for 20 mins at 200*c
