Mackerels Smoked
Our Smoked Mackerel fillets are plump, tasty, brined and smoked in oak fired kilns which produces a smooth tasting fish. It comes vacuum packed to keep the flavours locked in and each pack contains two fillets. Whether you choose to eat them hot or cold they are delicious.
Smoked Mackerel is rich in Omega 3 and is recommend that a healthy balanced diet should include at least 2 portions of fish a week, including 1 of oily fish.
