    QTY:  1kg  =  3 - 4 portions

    QTY:  2kg  =  5 - 6 portions

    NOTE:  Weight may vary according to the size of the fish caught on the day. Therefore the weight of your fish will be within + or - 10% of the ordered weights listed above. Were necessary an additional portion will be added.


    INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT:  Approx 250g - 300g


    STORAGE: Store below -18*c

    NOTE: Do not refreeze after thawing

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING

    OVEN COOK:   Place on a baking tray at 200*c for 20 minutes.

    GRILL:  Hot for approx 10 – 15 mins turning once or medium heat for approx 15 – 20 mins, depending on your preference

    BBQ:  Marinate & season to taste then BBQ completely

     

    NOTE: Not suitable for frying
