Haddock is a delicate flavoured white fish similar to cod; the principal difference being its high gelatine content providing a lovely rich flavour. Our haddock fillets are portion sized and ready to cook.

    MEDIUM:  900g = 5 - 6 portions

    LARGE:  1.8kg = 10 - 12 portions

    NB:  Weight may vary according to the size of the fish caught on the day. Therefore the weight of your fish will be within + or - 10% of the ordered weights listed above. Were necessary an additional portion will be added.

     

    INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT:  170g  approx

     

    STORAGE: Store below -18*c

     

    NOTE: Do not refreeze after thawing

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

     

    OVEN BAKE:  20 minutes at 200c season with butter, salt & pepper.

     

    GRILL OR PAN FRY:  10-15 minutes turning occasionally.

     

    MICROWAVE (800W):  Cook on full power for 5 minutes.
