    NB: Weight may vary according to the size of the fish caught on the day. Therefore the weight of your fish will be within + or - 10% of the ordered weights listed above. Were necessary an additional portion will be added.

    STORAGE:  Store below -18*c

    NOTE:  Do not refreeze after thawing

  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST BEFORE COOKING

    OVEN BAKE:  Preheat oven at 190*C for 20 minutes and wrapped in foil

    GRILL, POACH or FRIED:  As per recipe book

    SEASON TO TASTE AND ENSURE FULLY COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION
