  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

    OVEN BAKE (Salmon):  Place in preheated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
    OVEN BAKE (Prawns):  4 - 6 minutes high heat
