  • COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN

    OVEN BAKE (Salmon):  Place in preheated oven at 190*c for 20 minutes.
    OVEN BAKE (Cod Loins):  Place in preheated oven on medium heat 25-30.
    GRILL(Natural Smoked Haddock): 10 - 13 minutes, turning once.
