Coquille St Jacques
These beautiful Coquilles St Jacques are a delicious classical French dish which contains queen scallops, salad prawns, and salmon. Traditionally served on a natural scallop shell and topped with creamy mash potato with a Gruyère cheese topping.
Often eaten as an appetizer but can be used as a seafood entrée. Perfect for any dinner party as they are easy & quick to cook from frozen, they taste amazing and you spend more time with your guests.
